At Ottawa Valley Gift Baskets, each arrangement is carefully curated and handcrafted to ensure the highest quality and presentation. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, all sales are considered final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and photographs of the item so we may review and resolve the matter promptly.

Quality Concerns

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Should you have any concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered the preparation process. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
