Orders are thoughtfully prepared within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be modestly extended to maintain our high standards of quality and presentation.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Local (Ottawa Valley area): 1–2 business days
- Ontario: 2–5 business days
- Canada-wide: 3–7 business days
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations or unforeseen weather conditions.
Local Delivery
We are pleased to offer local delivery within the Ottawa Valley region, within an 80-kilometre radius of our production site. Delivery availability and applicable fees will be presented at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to follow its journey to its destination.
Incorrect Addresses
Kindly ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. Ottawa Valley Gift Baskets cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or experiences a significant delay, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and with care.
